PORTLAND – The Maine Real Estate and Development Association will host a breakfast seminar, “The Maine Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit: A Re-Invigorated Tool” on June 24 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Clarion Hotel, 1230 Congress St.

The panel will consist of Amy Cole Ives, founder of Sutherland Conservation and Consulting in Hallowell, and John Kaminski and Gary Vogel, both attorneys at Drummond Woodsum & MacMahon in Portland.

Cost for the seminar is $30 for members, $40 for nonmembers if registered before June 19. After that, the cost is $40 and $50.
