CHESTERVILLE – Ten to 15 mailboxes were damaged either Saturday night or early Sunday on Horseshoe Pond Road, police said.

The damage was reported Sunday, Franklin County Sheriff’s Lt. Niles Yeaton said Monday.

The posts were either pushed over or run over, Yeaton said. They are not sure yet, he added.

Cpl. Nathan Bean is investigating the incident.
