PORTLAND – Warren A. Nay, 52, of Portland, passed away peacefully at home on June 13. He was with family that loved and cared for him until the end. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his best friend and partner of 24 years; two brothers and their wives and a sister and her husband, Clark and Samara Nay of Mechanic Falls, Billy and Faith Rowe of Oxford and Janet and Don Oakes-Lovell of Norway; seven nieces, Tina, Tammy, Tanya, Heather, Keileigh, Courtney and Neecy; six nephews, Jason, Jeremy, Billy (Bubba), Andrew, Tyrell and Travis; many great-nieces and nephews; and special cousins, Lena and Anita.

He has gone to be with his family and dogs that preceded him.
