We would like to encourage residents of Otisfield to attend the annual town meeting June 21 and join us in support of Rick Micklon for a seat on the Board of Selectmen.

We have been especially impressed with his style of management as chairman of the Planning Board. It is this inclusive and hard-working management style that prompts us to support him.

If elected, we believe that he will work hard to not only find out what residents’ concerns are, but to act on those concerns. He will bring the same professionalism and accountability to the Board of Selectmen that he brought to the Planning Board. He will promote a respectful dialogue between town officials and town committees and organizations. He will work hard to protect Otisfield’s human, financial and environmental resources.

We sincerely feel that Rick Micklon would be a great addition to the Board of Selectmen.
