Volunteers needed

RUMFORD – Volunteers are needed to help paint a scenic mural on the side of the Sun Journal building on Congress Street. Volunteers will be there at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 22, or 3 p.m. Thursday, June 26. The mural was begun last fall by members of the Downtown Revitalization Committee as an effort to help beautify the town.

Class luncheon

MEXICO – Members of the Stephens High School Class of 1949 will meet for luncheon at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Dick’s Restaurant.
