BIDDEFORD (AP) – Police in Biddeford are investigating an armed robbery at the Biddeford Savings Bank.

Police say a man carrying a duffel bag entered the bank at around 9:30 a.m. Friday, displayed a weapon and demanded money. He fled on foot after getting an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured and the bank was closed for the rest of the day.
