LEWISTON – Florence H. (Jozwiak) Coughlin, 93, born March 6, 1915, died Sunday June 22, at Marshwood Nursing Home with her family by her side.

She was born and educated in Chicago and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Borowska) Jozwiak.

She married Thomas F. Coughlin in 1944, and they moved to Lewiston.

She is survived by her son, Patrick Coughlin of Lewiston, who cared for her in her later years; her daughters, Maureen Zellenka and her husband, John, of Gloucester, Mass., and Kathleen Delano and her husband, Sanford, of Ipswich, Mass.; her grandchildren, Kim Delano of Ipswich, Mass., and Todd Delano and his wife, Lauren, of Ipswich, Mass.; and her great-grandson, Colby Delano. She is also survived by her stepsister, Sister Mary Pius Gutoski of Michigan, a stepbrother, Raymond Gutoski, and a half brother, Mel Jozwiak, both of California.

She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Thomas, a brother, Edward Jozwiak, and a step-sister, Geraldine Gutoski.
