SOUTH PARIS – Holly L. Sanborn-Stowell, 58, of South Paris. The Lord took his child to heaven on June 21, at the Maine Veterans’ Home. Her passing was due to complications from multiple sclerosis.
She was born on Jan. 6, 1950, at Rumford Community Hospital, the daughter of B. Sandra (Zukas) and Arthur Sanborn. She was raised in Weld and Bridgton and graduated from Bridgton High School in 1968.
On June 28, 1975, she and her husband, David P. Stowell married at the Bridgton Congregational Church. They resided in Norway from 1978 to 1986, and then moved to South Paris in 1986, where they currently reside.
She is survived by her husband, David of South Paris.
She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Tim.
David would like to thank the aides and nurses who provided such wonderful and loving care during her stay at Maine Veterans’ Home. David would also like to praise Janet Stowell for her medical advice throughout Holly’s 28-year MS trial.
