• 179 High St., Auburn, changes to The Station were approved by the Planning Board June 10. A 1,000-square-foot convenience store will be located within the existing building; the remaining building will be a bottle (BYOB) nightclub. The 1.4-acre parcel is owned by Frank Berenyi.

1813 Washington St., Auburn, building permit approved for Irving Oil Corp. to build two additions totally almost 2,000 square feet and renovating existing space at its truck stop near Exit 75. Total cost of project estimated at $565,000.

101 Mount Auburn Ave., Auburn, building permit for Famous Footwear issued to SDM Mount Auburn Op LLC. Cost of construction estimated at $1.9 million.

245 Center St., Auburn, to Florist Mall LLC, building permits for foundations totaling $825,000 for additions to the former Roak strip mall.

• 1040 Perkins Ridge Road, Auburn, Planning Board approved a 195-foot telecommunications tower for Pegasus Tower Co. of Virginia. The tower can accommodate five wireless service providers; there are no other towers within a 3-mile radius of the site. Construction cost estimated at $150,000; August expected completion date.

415 Lisbon St., Lewiston, newest tenants in the Business Service Center at KeyBank Plaza, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, are taking 2,556 square feet of the third floor. Brokered by Ram Harnden

1-24 Tourmaline Drive, Lewiston, building permits for the next phase of condominiums at Randall Road Associates. Two four-unit buildings and one eight-unit building valued at more than $1 million is set to go.

1 Macintosh Lane, Lewiston, building permit for first home in new development adjacent to Apple Valley Golf Course. Value of construction listed at $229,400.

• 144 Riverside Drive, Auburn, Planning Board approved conversion of a garage into Brad’s Precision Auto, a 7,000-square-foot auto repair shop run by Brad Johnson.

1525 Minot Ave., Auburn, Hammond’s Garage property sold by Russell Hammond to Pine Tree Holding LLC, Jan. 10 for $500,000.

23 Spring St., Auburn, 21 units in two buildings owned by Bachelder Properties of Portland sold to KHR Properties of Topsham, Jan. 31 for $520,000. It sold in 2006 for $535,000.
