RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for James W. Breau Jr. was celebrated Saturday at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server. Wayne Petrie was the organist. Music selections were “Fly Like A Bird,” “Ave Maria” which was sung by Cindy Clark, and “You’ll Never Walk Alone.” Readings were done by his great niece, Kayla Bartlett, and his granddaughter, Debra Brown. The eulogy was given by his grandson, Eric Pomerleau. Pallbearers were his grandchildren, Debra Brown, Donna Kitchin, Dean Boudreau, Craig Gurney, Eric Pomerleau and a nephew, Daniel Aleck.

Military honors were provided by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
