LEWISTON – Oxford Networks, headquartered at 491 Lisbon St., recently hired Karin Bisson as a customer service representative/ receptionist. Bisson assists customers on the phone as well as in person with payments, providing information about installation of services, and responding to inquiries.

Bisson comes to Oxford Networks with a background in customer support and reception responsibilities, most recently as a medical secretary at Pediatric Associates of Lewiston.

She attended the University of Southern Maine, graduating with a degree in media studies with a concentration in writing.
