Noah Salmons, son of Mark and Judy Salmons of Mechanic Falls, displays the picture that won third place for him in the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Design Contest. Noah is a student at Oxford Hills Christian Academy in South Paris, where he drew the picture in art class. It was submitted to the national contest by his art teacher, Sue Corning.
