TUCSON, Ariz. – Thomas F. Richardson Sr., 87, formerly of Rumford, passed away June 22, at the Southern Arizona VA Hospital.
He was born Nov. 30, 1920, in Portland, the son of Earl and Ada Richardson. During World War II, he served his country as a member of the U.S. Army as an airplane instrument specialist.
While in Tucson, he was involved with various entrepreneurial ventures as well as being a real estate broker. Prior to relocating to Tucson, he was a pioneer in the cable television industry and was the owner operator of Fletcher’s TV Cable in Rumford for several years.
