LAUDERHILL, Fla. – James L. Donovan of N.W. 16th St., Lauderhill, Fla., died at home on July 2.

He was born in Lancaster, N.H., and attended local schools. He worked for many years at Hillsboro Club in Pompano Beach, Fla., until his retirement.

He married the former Jeanne N. Blais of Lewiston on May 3, 1980.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanne of Florida; daughter, Mary Jane of Lancaster, N.H.; son, Jeffrey and wife, Karen, of California; and brothers and sisters.
