LEWISTON – Randy and Rhonda Rackliffe of Minot are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Emmi Rackliffe of Lewiston, to Joshua Goudreau of Lewiston, son of Elizabeth Choate of Albany.

The future bride is a student at the University of Maine at Augusta and plans to become an artist and a writer.

The future bridegroom is also a student at the University of Maine at Augusta and plans to be an artist, a writer and a CNA.

A Halloween theme wedding will be held Oct. 25 at the Four Seasons in Turner.
