LEWISTON – Corrine C. (Beaulieu) Bazinet, 86, formerly of St. Mary’s Residence, died Friday, July 11, at St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion.

She was born in Fairfield, Nov. 13, 1921, a daughter of Theodore and Irene Beaulieu Rochon. She was raised in children’s homes in Biddeford and Lewiston.

She was married to Dominique Bazinet, who died May 3, 1994. She traveled around the country with her husband, who had a career in the U.S. Air Force. In later years, she worked at Masselli Brothers with her niece Irene Roy.

She was a member of the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul and loved the Lord Jesus Christ all her life and was a member of the Ladies of Ste. Anne’s Sodality. She was a devoted wife and a fun loving person.

She leaves behind two sisters, Ida Caplett of Florida, and Jeannette Haggart of Bridgton; a brother, Patrick Beaulieu of Florida; a niece, Irene Roy and her husband, Pete; a nephew, Leo Daigneault and his wife, Therese, who were her care givers.

She was predeceased by many sisters and brothers; a special friend, Gerry Laliberte; and many sister-in-laws.

Corrine’s family would like to thank the staff on 3 West & Beacon Hospice aids for the care they all lovingly provided.
