AUBURN – Dr. Norman Millian has joined Second Street Family Practice, located at 60 Second St.

Millian is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Saint Martin, Netherlands Antilles. He completed his residency at the Southern Illinois University Family Medicine Residency Program in Springfield, Ill.
