Lobster roll meal
DIXFIELD – The Dixfield Congregational Church will have a public lobster roll supper from 5 p.m. until sold out Thursday, July 17. The menu will be 100 percent lobster meat rolls, macaroni salad, summer veggies, dessert and beverages for $7.50. There will be chicken rolls for $6. Take-out will be available; call ahead at 562-4562 and order or drop in.

RUMFORD – The United Bikers of Maine will hold the John McMaffrey Memorial Run on Sunday, July 20, leaving at 9:30 a.m. from the Rumford Information parking lot.

Anniversary
DIXFIELD – Dixfield Plains Church of the Nazarene will celebrate its 50th anniversary on Sunday, July 27.
The celebration will begin at 3 p.m. with a gospel concert with Sammy Angel. There will be a freewill offering. Appetizers will be served at 4:30 p.m., followed by food and fellowship.
