LEWISTON – The YWCA of Central Maine has openings in the infant/toddler childcare room. The room is specially designed to accommodate children ages 12 months to 2 years.

The program offers a staff to child ratio of 1 to 5, daily schedules and lesson plans, which include adult and peer social interaction. It also offers breakfasts and snacks daily, field trips and a dedicated playground with equipment specific to the interests and safety of the infant/toddler age range. Lead teachers have early childhood education degrees and/or certification.
