Jackie Vaillancourt is the first crafter to sign up for this year’s Festival FrancoFun on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 1, 2 and 3, at the Colisee in Lewiston. She has been a faithful participant, signing up when the event was known as Festival de Joie. Vaillancourt makes items that include canvas art, knitted and crocheted articles and children’s dolls. Crafters may have a booth at a cost of $125 for the three-day event. Those interested should call the Franco Center at 783-1585.
