AUBURN – Memorial services honoring the life of Bertha V. Jackman were held Thursday from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son with the Rev. David Clark officiating. During the service the Rev. Clark read the 23rd Psalm and passages from John chapter 14 and Paul from the 8th chapter to the Romans. Bertha’s grandaughter, Julie, read a poem in tribute to her grandmother for her sister Diane, and she also read words of rememberance. Burial will be private at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
