Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Jeppie Phillips, 44, was charged with operating under the influence on July 17 at 10:15 a.m. at Walnut and Pierce streets following a routine traffic stop.

Brandy Hilliard, 29, was charged with operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child on July 18 at 9:43 p.m. at 98 No Name Pond Road. Officers responded to this address for a report of an accident.

Jeffrey Mcclintock, 46, was charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft by unauthorized used of property, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, and operating while license suspended on July 20 at 3:39 p.m. at Russell Street and East Avenue Officers responded to the area for a report of a hit and run accident.

Michael Sanborn, 50, was charged with operating under the influence on July 22 at 12:31 a.m.at Chestnut and Park streets following a routine traffic stop.

Operating After Suspension Arrest

Terri Bell, 49, was charged with operating after suspension on July 21 at 8:46 p.m. at Birch and Pierce streets following a routine traffic stop.

This department is looking for David Surette, 34. He is wanted on a warrant charging violation of bail, arson and criminal threatening.

This department is looking for Michael Chapman, 40. He is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for operating under the influence.

This department is looking for Assamah Koumou-Nete, 22. He is wanted on a warrant charging endangering the welfare of a child.
