If you knew a farmer who had a garden full of produce but purchased his produce from foreign farmers while his own produce just wasted away in his garden unharvested, what would you think of that farmer’s sanity?

Let’s retire our dysfunctional congressmen. They certainly are not very good farmers when it comes to harvesting oil from the ground here in this country.

Perhaps they are simply insane.
