LYNDEN, Wash. – Annie E. Louise Thompson, 86, of Bellingham, Wash., passed away Wednesday, July 23, in Lynden, Wash.

She was born on June 26, 1922, in Morrill, to Eugene S. and Susie M. (Hall) Freeman. She graduated in 1942 from Walker High School in Liberty.

She married Hilton Thompson on Jan. 14, 1962. He passed away in 2001. She was a member of the Open Door Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra (David) Snowman of Lewiston and Ernestine (Mark) Finley of Beltsville, Md.; stepsons, Stephen Thompson of Fairfield and Jeffrey Thompson of Bellingham, Wash.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and eight nieces and nephews.
