Runners begin the 4th annual Emily’s Run at Edward Little High School in Auburn on Saturday. More than 400 people registered for the race, held in memory of EL graduate Emily Fletcher. Kristen Erickson and Ben Hartnett each received $1000 college scholarships from event proceeds. Men’s overall winner Stan Pyle of South Portland and women’s winner Erica Jesseman of Scarborough donated their prize money back to the fundraiser. Seventy five children competed during the Auburn Firefighters Kids Fun Run.
