I would like to thank the Sun Journal online staff for supplying the public with an up-to-the minute blog July 20 concerning the Oxford 250.

I had tickets for the race and live nearby, therefore I didn’t need to be there for the qualifying heats.

OPS personnel did not answer the phone and no other news agency offered any up-to-date information concerning how the race was progressing.

I really appreciated not having to be there, sitting in the rain all day Sunday. Thanks again for being there.
