LEWISTON – Androscoggin Bank announces that Andrew Grover has been hired as vice president and risk manager. Grover has been in the finance field for more than 12 years with experience in public accounting and forensic auditing. Most recently he worked in management for an accounting firm in Maine.

He attained his bachelor of science degree in accounting and his master’s degree in business administration from Thomas College. He has achieved the designation of certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner.

Grover is an adjunct faculty member at Thomas College in Waterville and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in accounting and business. He is a member of the leadership board of the American Lung Association of New England, and teaches finance courses for the Junior Achievement program.
