WEST PARIS – Timothy I. Mayberry, 50, of West Paris died Saturday, July 26, at his home.

He was born in Oxford on Oct. 8, 1957, the son of Raymond and Irene Bressette Mayberry. He attended Oxford Hills High School and had been a self-employed contractor.

He liked the water and the beach, boating, fishing, hunting and watching movies. He was a homebody, but he liked weekend getaways and scenic rides. He was an outdoor person, he loved kids and his dog, “Sandy Girl.” He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his stepdaughter, Michelle Pelletier of Auburn; his best friend, Bertha Martinez of Minot; sister, Anastasia Francis of South Paris; brother, John Tarashuck and his wife, Kim, of Clinton, Mass.; sister, Cynthia Mayberry of Oxford; brother, Raymond Mayberry Jr. and his wife, Shirley, of Riverton, N.J.; brother, Steven Mayberry of West Virginia; sister, Dianna Parmeter and her husband, Stephen, of Westminster, Mass.; grandson, Caelan Pelletier; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, including Aunt Margaret and Uncle Robert.

He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Pamela Norton Mayberry; stepdaughter, Lisa Norton; a brother-in-law, Gerald Francis; and several aunts and uncles.
