SEABROOK, N.H. (AP) – Authorities say that an injured man who was found outside of a Seabrook, New Hampshire, restaurant after a report of a confrontation has died.

State Attorney General Kelly Ayotte says 42-year-old Scott Allen Eaton died Sunday at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. An autopsy has been scheduled.

Ayotte says police responded to a call for assistance at about 10:25 p.m. Saturday at the Old Fire Barn Restaurant, where they found Eaton, who was unresponsive.

Several witnesses said an argument had led to Eaton’s condition.

33-year-old David Janvrin was arrested on one count of simple assault.

Ayotte says no further information is expected until the autopsy is done.
