RANGELEY – Charles Feil and Murad Saen, co-authors of “Maine: Guess Where from the Air,” will give a visual presentation at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at the Wilhelm Reich Museum’s Conference Center, Dodge Pond Road.
Feil has produced several books of his aerial photographs. In this new collection, he and author Murad Saen present Maine in a new light – as a series of visuals and written puzzles to test the readers’ knowledge of Maine by having them identify the locations depicted in the photos and sometimes answer detailed questions about the locations themselves.
The text provides clues about each location and photos, and answers are in the back of the book. Whether readers are interested in solving the mysteries or not, Feil’s photos will take them on a tour of the state.
“Maine Guess Where from the Air” will be available for purchase and Feil and Saen will sign copies.
Admission is $10 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. Refreshments will be served. Tickets are available at the museum office and bookstore and the Rangeley Chamber of Commerce. For additional information, call 864-3443 or e-mail [email protected].
