NORTH JAY – Funeral services for Ruby Thompson of Farmington, formerly of North Jay, were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Wiles Remembrance Center, Wilton, with the Rev. Dr. Peter Misner officiating. Family members, including her granddaughter, Deb Adams, and grandson-in-law, Michael Clark, offered personal eulogies. Pallbearers were Charlie Adams, Steve Thompson, Tom Rand, Peter Rand, Aaron Rand and Vaughn Murphy. Burial followed at Lakeview Cemetery, Wilton, and a family reception was held at the Grange. Arrangements were in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, 136 High St., Wilton.
