MEXICO – The Mexico High School Class of 1953 will hold a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the Covered Wagon. Reunion photos will be given to classmates at that time.

Planning special

RUMFORD – The RAAPA is planning for the 40th anniversary Christmas special, “My Favorite Things.” New members and past RAAPA members are welcome to join on stage or backstage.

This year’s show will consist of old and new favorites. Following an opening sequence, the group will return to the traditional nativity, told this year from Joseph’s point of view.

RAAPA meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays at the Mountain Valley High School band room. The first rehearsal will be held Tuesday, Sept. 2. Call RAAPA President Anita Murphy at 369-0205 no later than Monday, Aug. 25, to reserve a music folder or for more information concerning the organization.
