A Rumford Area Rotary/Interact pancake breakfast will again kick off a day of activities for the whole family. The 8 to 10 a.m. breakfast will coincide with a “Century” Bike Trek of 25, 50 or 100 miles through the mountains and along the rivers of Western Maine starting at 8 a.m.

A 1K race/fun run and a 5K race will begin at 9 and 9:30 a.m. respectively. Throughout the morning there will be Nordic walking, fly casting and tying demonstrations, a guided foliage hike and a kids’ trail ride.
