INVERNESS, Fla. – Ethel P. Arsenault, 50, died July 31, while living in Inverness, Fla., with her companion, Richard Begin.
Originally from Maine, she was born on Dec. 20, 1957, in Farmington, the daughter of Andrew Sr. and Lois (Campbell) Phillips.
She earned her education in the Phillips schools and later graduated from Mt. Abram High School in Salem, in 1976.
She was married to Gary W. Arsenault on April 23, 1976. He died on May 4, 1998.
She worked at Farmington Shoe until it closed, The Sugarloaf Hotel, employed herself doing upholstering, Franklin Shoe until it closed, and then finally at the Life Care Center in Inverness, Fla.
Her hobbies were her crafts, painting her ceramics, collecting smileys and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Angel and her husband, Scott, of New Sharon and Tashia and her husband, Kevin Sargent, of Porter; brother, Leslie Phillips and wife, Karen, of Avon; sister, Terisa Phillips and companion, Bob Ferry, of Phillips; brother, Andrew S. Phillips Jr. and wife, Cheryl Phillips, of Phillips; four grandchildren, Suemarie Sanborn, Brieanna Maberry “BreMae,” Damion Maberry “DJ” and Chloe Maberry; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and her mother-in-law, Geraldine Lovejoy of Farmington.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gary; parents, Andy and Lois; daughter, Katrina May Arsenault; and two grandchildren, Dakota Lynn Maberry and Scott David Maberry Jr.
