OXFORD – The 8th annual End of Summer Bash at His Place Teen Center, 254 Webber Brook Road, will take place from 5 to 10:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 22.

It will be a night of fun and ministry with game activities starting at 5 p.m., including softball, volleyball, horseshoes and basketball. The game room will be open at 6 p.m. and an outdoor barbecue gets under way at 7 p.m. A $2 donation is suggested.

Special guests will include the Christian Motorcyclists Association and Kim Robitaille.

There will be a pie-eating contest for 10 people to enter, with prizes and other surprises and activities.
