Auburn – Bruce A. Hubbard, 63, a resident of South Road in Fayette, died Friday, Aug. 22, at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn.

He was born on June 6, 1945, in Warren, Mass., the son of Jack W. and Dorothy (Allan) Hubbard. He attended school in Mansfield, Mass. He served in the U.S. Army. He served as selectman for the Town of Fayette, and also worked as road foreman. Bruce was an avid hunter.

He is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Hubbard of Charleston, S.C.; a brother, Kenneth Hubbard of Bishopville, S.C.; sisters, Sandra LeVallie of Worcester, Mass., and Lynn Hubbard of Malboro, Mass.; and his close friends.

He was predeceased by his brother, John Hubbard.
