Cathlin Foster, general manager of the Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Lewiston, recently presented a check for $2,000 to the Lewiston Housing Authority. The funds will be used at Blake Street Towers to provide transportation for outings and errands to purchase groceries, essential items and medication. The transportation will be made possible through collaboration between Western Maine Transportation, Wal-Mart and the housing authority.
