LEWISTON – John M. Ouellette, 54, of 320 Webster St., Lewiston, died suddenly at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center on Aug. 25.

He was born in Lewiston, June 8, 1954, the beloved son of Paul and Helen Ouellette. Educated in local schools, he was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of 1973, graduated from Bridgton Academy before attending Boston University. He was employed for several years as a steel worker in the construction industry.

Survivors include his mother of Lewiston; siblings, Pauline Alighieri of Norwood, Mass., Daniel Ouellette of Boston, Mass., Peter Ouellette and his wife, Lee, of San Francisco, Calif., Diane Laroche and her husband, Roger, of Lake Tahoe, Calif., Anne Ouellette of Ashland, Mass., and Michael Ouellette and his wife, Christine, of Auburn; and six nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

He was predeceased by his father in 1995.
