BEVERLY, Mass. – The wedding of Amy Gagne and Joseph Perry was held at 3 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Rose Garden at Lynch Park in Beverly, Mass. The Rev. Arthur MacDonald officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Perry is the daughter of Maurice and Joline Gagne of Lewiston. Mr. Perry is the son of Joseph and Martha Perry of Rockport, Mass.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless organza gown featuring fitted bodice, a-line skirt and semi Cathedral train. The fabric was embellished with silk embroidered appliqués and hand-beaded Austrian crystals. She carried a bouquet of red roses.

Melanie LaMore, friend, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Anita Mathieu, Emily Parsons and Gena Gaudreau, friends of the bride. Danielle Lawton, friend of the couple, was flower girl.

Joseph Armano, friend of the bridegroom, served as best man. Ushers were Eric Sargent, cousin, and Mike Lawton, Rey Fortney, Pmac and Trung Nguyen, friends.

Readings were done by Jeff Gagne, brother of the bride, Jennifer Perry, sister of the bridegroom, and Richard Pelletier, godfather of the bride.

A reception followed at the Hamilton-Wenham Community House in Hamilton, Mass., after which the couple traveled to Italy.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2005 graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Mass., with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed as service specialist for Health and Education Services Inc. in Lynn, Mass.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Rockport High School in Rockport, Mass., and a 2008 graduate of North Shore Community College with an associate degree. He is employed at the Teen Center at YMCA in Beverly, Mass.
