FARMINGTON – A Franklin County Superior Court justice revoked bail Thursday for a Biddeford man accused of possessing sexually explicit materials in 2007.
Police say Keith Nadeau, 19, exposed himself to a boy last month at a dance camp in Winthrop.
He had been out on $3,000 unsecured bail in connection with a Dec. 4, 2007, incident in which he allegedly showed a fellow student at the University of Maine at Farmington pornographic pictures of a child.
Pre-trial bail conditions included no contact with anyone under 17 years old unless supervised.
Winthrop police had Nadeau arrested in August after conducting an investigation into a complaint that Nadeau exposed and fondled himself in front of a 13-year-old boy who Nadeau lured into a locker room, and then tried to grab the boy, Winthrop police Chief Joseph Young Sr. said Thursday.
Nadeau was part of a dance group out of Biddeford that put on a summer camp at Winthrop High School, Young said.
Winthrop police charged Nadeau with misdemeanor sexual aggression of a minor and violating conditions of release, Young said.
Nadeau, who has been in custody at the Franklin County jail in Farmington, appeared before Justice Michaela Murphy in superior court on Thursday.
Assistant District Attorney Andrew Robinson asked the court to put the Franklin County case on the October trial list.
