MILLINOCKET (AP) – In a Sept. 1 story about the shutdown of the Katahdin Paper Co. mill, The Associated Press reported that town Councilor Scott Gonya was proposing that the town seize the mill and its power generation equipment by eminent domain. Gonya contends that he has proposed that the town seize the power generation equipment at the mill, rather than the entire mill.
