Musician to speak at church

LIVERMORE FALLS – Grant Norsworthy, a Dove Award winner and Grammy-nominated musician, will speak and sing at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at Emmanuel Assembly of God.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Norsworthy relocated to Nashville, Tenn., in early 2002 with the chart-topping Aussie band Paul Colman Trio, followed by more than three years as bassist for million-selling worship band, Sonicflood.

His work as a musician has taken Norsworthy to all 50 states and to five continents to perform and to speak. He offers a fresh perspective on the American Christian culture.

Norsworthy is a spokesman for Compassion International.
