Must Helen Poulin defend her elected position?
Why are people so willing to polarize, quick to find negatives without looking for positives, quick to complain? Complaining comes without regard or responsibility to others. Think first and ask, “What’s important?” and “What’s the goal?” before speaking.
Is Poulin doing the job she agreed to do and was elected to do? From what I know of her, she is clear focused, well informed, impeccable with her word and works to do her best. Her intention is to serve; she’s halfway through her term. Why not let her finish the job she was elected to do?
Are her efforts to do the job well being undermined? What’s the benefit of those choosing to nitpick? Does her home location interfere with her performance? This hullabaloo must be so distracting for her. I’m sure she would rather just do her job. I believe Poulin is there to serve. Who’s trying to push her out and why?
Don’t’ we live in L-A, the “Twin Cities?” The way this issue is being handled is a poor model for our two communities to combine resources and work together in a way that benefits all citizens. I thought Poulin was an elected official of Androscoggin County.
Who benefits from her being ousted? What’s really going on here?
