AUBURN – The L/A Senior Adult Hockey League,is going into its 14th season and will be hosting registration Friday, Sept. 26th from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Pond House near Ingersoll Ice Arena.

This men’s division is not at a competitive level. The division is more on a recreational level based on many levels of play and ages based on players starting at the age of 18 and up to the age of 65.

The league’s big news for 2008-09 is the start of a new women’s division this year. Registration will be held the same night and time. Age limit is 18 years of age or older. However, there may be exceptions. The division is at a recreational level based on many levels of play and ages.

Registration is for all returning players as well as new players wanting to enter the league. All new players will have their names placed on the draft list. The player draft will be held on a later date. The amount of new players entering the league will be based on the amount of openings.

Due to construction and improvements being made at the arena, both divisions are expected to start at the beginning of November.
