EAST WILTON – A celebration of life was held Monday for Brian D. Spencer at the Wilson Grange Hall in East Wilton. Officiating was the Rev. Richard Messana. The eulogy was given by Deborah Holland and “serenity prayer” was read by Donna Spencer. Interment was held at East Wilton Cemetery in East Wilton.
