JAY – Gilbert and Joyce Barnaby Sr. of Jay celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on July 12 at the AMVETS Hall in Jay, surrounded by approximately 70 family members and friends from as far away as California, Wisconsin and Colorado.

The couple’s three children and their spouses, Regina and Randall Voter of Farmington, LaRena and Winston Nickerson of Farmington, and Gilbert Barnaby Jr. and Jane Adams of Augusta, planned and organized the event to honor their parent’s commitment to each other and their family.

The evening began with a buffet and slide show displaying 60 years of family memories. The guests enjoyed several hours of music and dancing.
