LEWISTON – Museum L-A, 35 Canal St., in the Bates Mill Complex, is offering a new Business Lunch and Learn Series. This month’s event is titled “Generations at Work; Crossing the Great Divide,” and will be held from noon-1 p.m. Sept. 24.
April Clark of Manpower will take a look at the workplace and share how businesses can maximize performance through understanding the unique traits and talents of each generation. Participants will learn about communicating effectively, and will come away with ideas to attract and retain workers, associates and talent. Fee for the program is $5, which includes lunch. Register by calling the museum at 333-3881.
