LEWISTON – Philip D. Jean, MBA, CNHA, has been named facilities operations manager and administrator of Russell Park Rehabilitation and Living Center, Russell Street.

Jean grew up in Lewiston and graduated from St Dom’s Regional High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine in Orono and MBA degree with a concentration in health care administration at Husson College in Bangor. Jean started with North Country Associates as an administrator in training in 1994, and worked for the organization until 1999. He then worked for Maine Veterans’ Homes for seven years.
