Worcester, Mass. – Antoinette C. Cote, 85, formerly of Lewiston, and most recently of Worcester, Mass., died on Friday, Sept. 26, at the St. Mary’s Healthcare Center in Worcester.

Born in Grand Isle on Jan. 26, 1923, she was one of 14 children born to Alfred and Alma St. Pierre Dube. Educated in local schools, she worked as a spinner for the Bates Manufacturing Co., in Lewiston for over 30 years.

A member of Ss. Peter and Paul Parish, she is survived by her husband of 56 years, Laurier “Larry” J. Cote of Holden; a daughter, Linda Bazinet of Holden, Mass.; five grandchildren, Stacey Schriefer and her husband Michael, Lindsey Jurkowski and her husband Michael, Brian, Renee, and Kevin Bazinet; a great-grandson, Austin Jurkowski; and a sister, Rita Pinette of Limestone.
