Between Friday, Sept. 19, and Friday, Sept. 26, at 7 a.m. this department has responded to 733 calls for service. Of those calls, 249 of them were motor vehicle stops.

Criminal Mischief

Two 8-inch spotlights in front of Holy Family Church at 607 Sabattus St. were damaged as well as some potted plants. This occurred sometime overnight Sept. 23-24.

On Sept. 20 at 5:41 p.m., an entry door at CRM at 550 Lisbon St. was kicked in by a white male, 5’9″, stocky build, with short hair. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The suspect fled when confronted by an employee.

A window at 257 Lincoln St. was damaged on Sept. 21 at 2:31 a.m. after a tall, white male wearing a baseball cap and baggy clothes threw a rock at it.

Thefts

A 1987 34′ Citation camper was stolen from the driveway of 40 Rideout Ave. between Sept. 12-15.

A bicycle was stolen from 15 Spofford St. prior to 3 p.m. on Sept. 18.

A bicycle was stolen from 4 Genest St. prior to 7 p.m. on Sept. 14.

A red “Chopper” style bike that said “Big Mo” on it and 8 ball air caps, as well as a maroon colored 18-speed mountain bike with “X Games” on it, were stolen from a garage at 1028 Sabattus St. between 9 p.m. and midnight on Sept. 14.

On Sept. 21 at 4 p.m. a customer of the Kennell Shop at 20 East Ave. walked out of the store with a Gray African Parrott valued at $1,300.

Burglaries

A room at the Chalet Motel at 1243 Lisbon St. was burglarized sometime between 6 p.m. on Sept. 19 and 6 a.m. on Sept. 20. A Sony Playstation 3, engagement ring, and cash were taken.

The Mexicio Tipico restaurant at 838 Lisbon St. was burglarized overnight Sept. 19-20, entry was gained via the roof, the suspect forced an office door and stole cash from inside.

Chopsticks restaurant at 37 Park St. was burglarized overnight Sept. 18-19. Entry was gained by climbing through a second story window. The suspect pried open a cash register but it does not appear that any property was taken. Det. Campbell is attempting to ID the suspect in the recent burglary of Chopsticks restaurant. He is described as 30-plus year old, stocky build, wearing a hooded sweatshirt.

Motor Vehicle Burglaries

A vehicle parked at the Municipal Lot on Ash Street was burglarized prior to 4 p.m. on Sept. 19, a pill bottle which was taken from inside was later recovered at Pine and Shawmut streets.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Gregorio Marquez, 28, was charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension, violating conditions of release and refusing to sign a summons on Sept. 20 at 1:25 a.m. at 103 Adams Ave. following a routine traffic stop.

Erick Ryder, 23, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 22 at 10:51 p.m. at Bates and College streets following a routine traffic stop.

Brandon Kyajohnian, 25, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 26 at 1:04 a.m. at Russell and Bardwell streets following a routine traffic stop.

Operating After Suspension Arrest

Jack Perreault, 30, was charged with operating while license suspended on Sept. 29 at 8:14 a.m. at Cedar and Lincoln streets following a routine traffic stop.

Christina Turner, 24, was charged with operating while license suspended on Sept. 22 at 11:30 p.m. at the Veterans’ Memorial Bridge following a routine traffic stop.
